Launcher Issue

I installed the launcher, did a full scan, did the settings thing, but when I click play it crashes. I also am running it as administrator. Here are the contents of the crash file. Any ideas, please? Seems like a missing tre file, but I don't know.

hi @dew1960, could you confirm you used a fresh unadulterated SWG installation, with no other servers using it?
