How to get Guild Hall on Structure Tool list

I am wanting to make a generic guild hall after hitting Master Architect, and I was wondering how to get it to appear on the list of deeds to make on the structure tool list. I see in my skill tree that the guild hall is unlocked for master, but I can't find it in the structure tool. What am I missing or not doing?

You will need to be near a crafting station or a droid with an architect module. As I recall there is a station in Theed, and one in the cloner at Dark Industries Naboo.

Oh gotcha, I was at the wrong location then. I'll go check those out.

Also, it will require a LOT of subcomponents.
