Clean up houses of players that didn't log in ages seem to start working. A house that I know the owner didn't play in 2 years was packed from it's location. Does anyone saw more happening?

I saw your post and checked on the test server, I agree the Structure Cleanup does appear to be enabled. I also agree that it appears to be extremely old structures, as I "lost citizens" that I've never seen online. I've been playing for about 19 months and been mayor of Mon Cala for just about 1 year.

I would like to know the timeframe on Structure Cleanup.

We're just testing the Structure Clean Up. It made it to Live for a few days a while ago, had some issues, and we disabled it. At this point we just wanted to see if it wold work as intended, haven't decided yet if it will make it to the Live server.

Perhaps it is time to tweek the pop requirements for cities. Not by a lot...maybe just decrease the tiers by 5 people each. I know it is hard to keep shuttles in many places and people do like at least a chance to run their own small city now and then. I really miss the old days of Live where there were lots of outposts and smaller cities with shuttles. We still have major hubs, but nothing really in the way of the lower tiers. I kind of see the struggle with keeping city populations up along the same lines as dealing with vendors every month. Less time worrying about losing shuttles and moving toons around means more time doing the exciting stuff.
