So as I was vomiting profusely from the after effects of my Muon Gold, I had a thought. How cool would it be if vomiting during a "downer" actually emptied your stomach in regard to your food and drink limits? I realize this is not a thing in game and most likely never will be, but I could see it being a lot of fun. Thoughts?
