issue with mission terminal waypoints

I am not sure if this was discussed in another post or not. I am just back in the game after a long absence. When I grab a artisan mission at the terminal. I try to activate the waypoint and nothing happens. So I can't figure out where I am supposed to travel to in order to complete the mission. Can anyone help me with this and give advise. Thanks

It's possible you're taking a survey Mission which means that you have to go find that resource of a specific strength in concentration when surveying, open up your datapad and look at the mission details. Or you can open your datapad delete it go back to the mission terminal and make sure you choose crafting missions at the tab at the top of the window
