48hr Window

Hello again everyone!

I have been away for sometime living life and logged on here and now to check on my house to make sure it wouldn't disappear.
In between doing so I missed the 48hr window since I hadn't seen the forum post notifying of this change.

I went to make a ticket and notice the system is down. Would a staff member be able to help me with this issue by any chance? I will be logging on in the later evenings throughout the week and most of the weekend.
