about the best camps

i was reading around and came across something saying that x3xx is only needed to lay down th ebest camp and x4xx is only needed to craft them.

is this true?

I do recall this being correct. I know when I last was grinding through ranger that I did use the higher level camps than what I could craft.

You can make them and place them at x3xx Ranger.
