You're better off fighting solo so they may feel encouraged to stay around. With three bounty hunters, better hope your hit squad incaps the target before it gets out of range.

If you go SF to enter the base to attack the fleeing jedi, they have opposing faction alts nearby to attack your bounty hunter.

You are the true G.O.A.T Bounty Hunter on this server.
Big respects to you Narrk.
I don't even deserve you hitting me up for a hunt so I won't even mention it.

Based on your input 2-3 Rebel BH's can turn this server around; or at least bring back some excitement.
All Jedi are Imperial.
Hard mode but not impossible.
Count me in.

Oh wait, I forgot we would have no armor if attacked by faction alts.
Damn. Coldblooded.

Jedi are embarrassing on Awakening.
Folks do all that grinding to become the most power being on the server and they do not engage and do not participate in the GCW. Now we have Dreamarize going into exile because he can't find a single Rebel Jedi to join him in his efforts to try to balance to GCW and take down imperial bases; not a SINGLE Rebel Jedi.

I call out the guild TJM , as being almost single-handedly responsible for the the current state of Awakening. I say this because almost every Jedi on this server is in TJM and the actions Narrk just described is what these dudes suggest their Jedi do in the event BH's show up. They encourage these actions even when it's a single Bounty Hunter.

One can argue that it is an exploitation of the games mechanics when Jedi run into a private structure to avoid or get out of combat. This action forces the game mechanics of combat to cancel or simply not happen at all. It's the equivalent of boarding a shuttle when engaged and just porting out. A player is entering a private structure and are technically porting out of the community platform avoiding players to interact with them.

This is a sandbox MMO; the last of its kind, and players are on here playing like its SWTOR. Awakening is described as hard mode and that is the reason we all chose to be here. If you are running into a private structure and hiding to avoid combat from a single player that statistically will loose the encounter, WTF are you doing here other than sabotage?

Dreamariz is an exile because everytime he kills a TJM dark jedi he receives no FRS. When they kill him, he loses FRS. So what's the point of playing for him. They don't even lose FRS to a bounty hunter. So I'll probably go imperial in order to end their advantage. Not saying they are doing it on purpose, I have no proof, but there is a bug in the FRS system that makes it seem that opposing player is a same faction player and not opposite and neither a bh mission.

As for jedi running and hiding, it's a legitimate tactic and personally find no fault in one trying escape rather than fight. I do despise the faction base tactics to fight, when low on force run back into base, regenerate force, run out and fight again until you win or rinse and repeat. I usually bail when they base hide. Why I support removing all jedi from galactic civil war and let kill each other without the shield of a base and it's turrets. Give the non Jedi players have a chance at the gcw.

I never understood the desperation of hiding in a house or a base to avoid the possibility of death. Even in live, so what, you lose some FRS or some xp. Did some of you roll a Jedi just to look pretty or to admire how sparkly you could be? I guess that’s your choice. If it’s for role play more power to ya.

The point of the game is to have some fun playing as any character, even a Jedi and sometimes you are going to die. It defeats the purpose of life to stay scared locked away in a house avoiding the inevitable. You are going to die in this game, many times, by varying reasons. Painful xp is only part of the journey, learning how to combat mobs & players, or players X 3 teaches you to be a better Jedi. Before you start whining about it being too hard, boo hoo, get over it. It’s Jedi.

Quit being pussies and play! To everyone else quit blaming each other and whining. It doesn’t resolve anything. Treat your fellow players like human beings. I’m going to contradict my last paragraph while insulting players in general no matter where or what sever they play Jedi on in this next section

If people want to be sparkly little happy vampires like in Twilight then let them be. If someone doesn’t want to get in a fist fight and chooses to run away and hide then let them go on in their base and hide if you don’t catch them first, well you suck as a hunter. If you catch them outside then shit happens. Someone else at some point will engage you, so don’t grief them to make yourself feel bigger. Stalk them, sure, but don’t get personal.

Simply put no one is ever going to be satisfied with Jedi vs BH situation, not even the developers. You Jedi that decide to hide in bases or houses , do yourselves a favor and don’t talk shit to BH’s. Don’t go cry to staff about being hunted. Playing Jedi ain’t about having your feelings hurt and you look stupid as shit hiding, then talking trash, or telling on another player like a damn man/woman child.
If you run away, then talk shit, what do you expect? It doesn’t make you tough or witty.

Question for BH’s, do you enjoy the thrill of the hunt or making your fellow players miserable??? There is a huge difference. If your answer is the latter you may need some shiny pills and a comfy couch to sit on while you talk to the shrink. Don’t play to make people miserable, play to make them want to fight back. A win isn’t always a win dickheads. If someone wants to be a little sissy and hide in the base at full template then don’t talk trash to them. Even if they start it, just walk away and get them later. It’s what a BH is supposed to do. Not revert to the metanailty of a 5 year old.

Don’t make me come out of retirement fools....

I was off topic and I liked it. The morale of this ramble was to grow up and have fun in this GAME!!!

Happy Holidays to everyone!!!

P.S. I know the staff here are always analyzing and testing ways to improve gameplay.

Terrance, you sir are a true predator. I had the rare opportunity to see you punish a Jedi when I first arrived to Awakening. You are one of the BH's that most inspired me when I was a little baby marksman hunting giant worts on Tatooine.
I am new to everything and I humbly ask to be forgiven if I have said anything naive. Just trying to encourage other BH's to hunt; and Jedi to engage. Hit me up if you ever need an extra pair of eyes on a mark or a rug to lay over a puddle while tracking a mark.

You do not have to flatter me,but what you need to do is truly embrace being a BH its not for everyone, just as despite what people think jedi is not for everyone.
The boot of justice must always be squarely against the neck of the jedi,no second thoughts,no weakness.
Roll a jedi if you must as its beneficial to learn how they play and to armour yourself against the propaganda they will spread , a jedi will always always lie and deceive you and all those around them to gain there desires.
They are the worst type of player and must be treated as such, some that are actually jedi you can respect but never turn your back even on the decent ones although they are few and far between.
You will be hated, you will be disrespected, you will be accused of crimes, your allies and students will betray you,for such is the life of the hunter.

Choose this path carefully for it is far more difficult then picking up the lightsaber.
