How do I become a Jedi Knight?

I recenlty got Master Lightsaber and Master Force Defender, however I am still a Jedi Padawan. I searched the forums but just found scattered info on how to become a Jedi Knight which seemed unclear to me...something about killing giants? Dont understand. If anyone can point me to a thread or give me some information on how to become a Jedi Knight, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
