I am currently trying to level up ID by changing myself. It is telling me that I am already in the process of an ID action. I have done a little research and found this could happen and to relog could fix the issue. I just logged back in after over 2 hours and I am still getting the message. Has anyone else had this issue or am I stuck?
I tried to submit a bug report but it said it was offline.

I have also had this issue. I've tried soft logging, exiting the client, relogging etc. and I'm still getting this message.

This issue is evidently still happening. We've logged both characters involved for a few days and the system still says that changes are pending.

Have you tried using ID on someone else, just to try and break the loop cycle? It might reset the issue and you can get back into it. Though, I found that if you really want to level ID, it's best with two characters. One which is looping a macro that says yes to every id change, and on the other character(The one you want to have leveling) a macro making the id commands appear, where you just focus on selecting, eye colour or height later on.
