Artisan
  • -- Weapon components now appear on some weapon models.
    -- Vehicle customization kit not showing in generic crafting tool.

Creature Handler
  • -- CH exp formula modified.
    -- Pet follow range fixed.
    -- Pets now default to follow state when called.
    -- Pets should now be able to be called in all public buildings.

Droid Engineer
  • -- Harvest droid should finally function as intended.

Doctor
  • -- Doctor buffs no longer have a faction status restriction.
Medic
  • -- Lowered healing aggro.

Rifleman
  • -- Strafe shot now removes cover and delays the target. (If they were in cover)

Scout/Ranger
  • -- Throwing traps no longer works against pets or unattackable creatures.
    -- Trap throwing speed is no longer based on equipped weapon speed.
    -- When throwing a trap, combat is now initiated when trap lands.
    -- Area track: Animals will no longer show droids.

Squad Leader
  • -- Passive buffs no longer span buildings.
    -- Commands no longer span buildings.
    -- Commands can no longer incapacitate a player.
    -- Commands trigger PvP TEF.
    -- Boost morale now distributed wounds evenly between all attributes and members.
    -- Rally now affects pets.

Swordsman
  • -- Counterattack now executes a no-delay attack transparent to the combat queue.

Teras Kasi Artist
  • -- Meditate no longer causes battle fatigue.

General
  • -- Shuttle will no longer stand or prone.
    -- Adjusted position and size of a no build zone.
    -- You should no longer generate battle fatigue for situations that do not generate battle fatigue.
    -- Creatures and NPC's no longer target vehicles for attacks, however AOE attacks will still damage vehicles.

Mission Terminal
  • -- Adjusted the number of spawns at npc destroy missions.
    -- New NPC destroy missions can now be found on numerous planets.
    -- New Creature destroy missions can now be found on ALL planets.

City
  • -- Militia commands now require both the one using the command and the target to be within city limits.
    -- When a city goes down in rank, civic structures that require the previous rank are no longer deleted immediately. They will be deleted during the following city update if the city does not expand back to the original rank.
    -- When a city goes down in rank, skill trainers and mission terminals are now destroyed if the city has too many for it's new rank.
    -- A mail is now sent to the mayor when a decoration, skill trainer, or mission terminal is destroyed for having too many when a city goes down in rank.
    -- Skill trainers are now only registered on the planetary map when their city is.
    -- Entertainer District city specialty is now functional.
    -- Civic Structure Management terminals should now function properly.

NPC
  • -- NPC's will now aggro at an appreciable distance.
    -- All NPC's now have a unique random name.
    -- NPC's will turn to face the target they are speaking to.
    -- Modified Special attack rate.
Quests
  • -- Noble quests should now all be completable.
    -- Hero of Tatooine now fully completable. (Mark of the Hero ring not currently working)


Geonosian Labratory
  • -- Geo Lab doors now function properly.

Misc
  • -- Terrain negotiation now properly updates.
    -- Starship flyovers above NPC cities.

  • -- Introduction of TEF system.

Combat
  • -- Numerous state defense balancing.
    -- Melee minimum is now 10m.
    -- Ranged attacks while prone now has a minimum range of 7m.
    -- Adjusted Lunge attack ranges.
    -- Experience awarded limited to 80m.
    -- Adjusted AoE range for all melee AoE attacks.
