ANyone not able to give mounts to non CH people?

I finally got my train mount skill.. but anytime I try to pass mounts to someone who is not a CH, they get that they are not able to control the animal. Anyone else?

non chs only can hold pets with maxlevel 10

ahhh.. sigh I got them and held them until I got the skill.. time to find another bantha then for my pals :(

as far as i remember there r no lv10 or lower banthas, the smalest is the dwarf bantha with lv11

lv10 or lower Mounts r for example:
lesser dewback
motley kaduu
lesser plains bol
and some more i cant remember now ;)

BE can make lvl10 Banthas
QuorTek - Master Creature Handler/Rifleman/Scout
Velve - Master Artisan/Weaponsmith/Merchant
Alantha - Master Dancer/Musician
Vendor Location: Dantooine -> Starsider Hollow -> Q-Tech Trade and Industry -> Right next to the shuttle.
