How to make heavy harvesters?

I have just learn'd Installations IV, and wondering how to make Heavy Harvesters?

Need to be at a Personal Structure and Furniture Crafting Station. There's some in almost every player town. Just check around their crafting halls =).

are you standing next to one in a city (like Bestine) or a player created city? Someone correct me if I am wrong but I am pretty sure the ones scattered about Eisley, Coronet, Theed, etc are considered public. For private/personnel you either need to have a droid with a built in station or go to one placed in your own home (or in a player city)

There are only three things you need to be able to craft a heavy harvester. that doens't mean it will be a good one, just that you will have the ability:

1. You need the proper skill, but you said you have it so we'll move on.
2. You need to be using a Structure and Furniture Crafting Tool, *not* a Generic Crafting Tool.
3. You need to be standing near a PRIVATE furniture crafting station, not a public one. That means the station must be in someone's house or in a droid, not in the street of a city. Schematics with a complexity over a certain point (I *think* 25 but I'm not positive) require private stations.
