Does quality of resources matter with tailor tissues?

Can't seem to find any info on this so I've been assuming it does not matter. Would like confirmation

It does not matter, except for maybe armor padding.

Yes quality matters with armor padding, but it's not a BE tissue for tailors.
For example, tensile resistance...the quality doesn't matter?

My understanding is BE tissues (and armor padding, as above) are primarily the only tailor makings where stats do matter. I am not a tailor; this is based on filling ranger orders early on this server so perhaps someone more knowledgeable can confirm.

Didn't realize you were talking BE. Yes, quality does matter for the tissues themselves - OQ/PE/FL are what matters for those.
