I turned off research tonight and cant turn it back on for a week. I have done this before to save the city money (my money) before each sunday maintenance update. I haven't seen any fixes posted concerning player cities. Have we fixed taxes too? If i can levy taxes on my citizens, then the new timer isn't much of an issue for me. Most of my citizens are crafters, this is the bread and butter of our city.
So basically, where can I find the latest code changes for player cities?

Well, it appears this was a bug. When I logged on the next day to check the timer. It was gone and I could turn the research center specialization on.
