Jaar and Dustcrepe

Question for the powers that be.
Whats up with Jaar and Dustecrepe. When these items are crafted the do not indicate the buff they are supposed to give.
Have the benefits of these items been deleted from the server?

Thanks for the reply my friend. I am aware of the benefits these items are supposed to grant. My issue is that once you craft the item, there is no description of the benefit it grants on the actual item.
