I just noticed this thread and you have an error in your post.

Nar Kanji doesn't ban BH and imperials, we only ban people that attack our bases. Imperials are welcome in our city but they will unfortunately be tef'd as we had to make the city rebel to counter people that were exploiting by attacking our base turrets without being tef'd. I'm not sure if we ban bounty hunters that come after our Jedi, I will check with the mayor and let you know.

The wording in your post misrepresents the situation and I would appreciate it if you changed it to simply note that the city is rebel. You can include something about getting banned if you attack our bases but I don't think that is relevant in this sub forum.

Update.

Con Diarmid Banned Narrk for Bounty Hunting in city. You can change their status. I guess they changed the rules there, a citizen there was telling Stratus, bounty hunting in city is not tolerated. Used to be just the cantina.

We have no problems with bounty hunters coming into town, getting buffed, buying stuff etc., I just didn't want to have to hose down the corpses when a busload of tourists come to town wanting to shop in the mall.

I may review this policy later when business picks up more (it's getting there!) but as my post above states, no bounty hunting in city limits. It may be a den of iniquity but I want to keep the body count down. That way all kinds of scum can use the town safely, jedi, bounty hunters, those odd little Sullustans...

Outside of the city limits is of course game on.

Con Diarmid is not unfriendly to bounty hunters at all, just those that hunt in town - you can even use the BH terminals there for procuring missions (although we are an ent district rather than an IJM).

We welcome all folks in to check out the merchandise and get buffed up

I did not read past the first page and I am not sure if this has been fix for awakening. BUT...you use to be able to fly out of banned cities if you bought a round trip ticket into the city with a ban. I dont know if it works b/c I have not been banned.

I havent tested that personally, but in the spirit of citybanning I would guess that may not be working as intended. A ban should be a ban. In my opinion.
