New Ranger in town

Good morning all!
Lassic the (soon to be) Master Ranger/Swordsman. I should be d/l the client tonight and starting my grind. Do the rangers here cooperate? For example when there is a good spawn of something do we run groups together to get the bonuses and take turns pulling to the main group to harvest? That was something I really appreciated on the Emu and Exile. Rangers worked together instead of competing.
If that is not something that occurs, I will be organizing hunts for things. I will welcome all to join, and will post here. How are the CPU rates here? I will dig out the formula that someone worked out on Emu that was really fair and post it here. Look forward to joining the community here.
