Doc Buff bug?

Anyone know whats going on here? When I am using my macro to buff someone, it wont health buff them. It gives my a message that I am only able to buff and person or pet (something like that). I re-checked the macro, nothing wrong with it. I even used different buff pack. Now two of my guildies have the same issue. Any ideas?
