Warcry used to cost HAM

Warcry used to use HAM, about 3x as much as a tumble did (for reference).

Not sure how to confirm this, but I used to level medics/docs by clearing out an NPC mission and warcrying the base while a medic/doc healed me. Faster than tumbling.
