First, I'm not a chef nor do I have a desire to be. HOWEVER, I do have a desire to provide resources by growing or gathering items chefs need. If you can let me know what you need, I'll start helping to gather it.

how do you find milk? is it a radial menu on creatures that are still alive. Is there a list somewhere that contains what creatures give milk?

You must have scout and mask scent to milk a creature, it is on their radial menu. To find a list of creature Galaxy Harvester is a great resource to use. I believe fambas on naboo have the highest harvest rate.
