Is there anyone who would confirm that ghinar is, in fact, the best crism you can get on the server?

There are a few crisms available on the free resource deed that aren't named here:

To my knowledge it's still the best, yes. You can check the stats of the other ones using your resource deed - there's another step before confirming the resource.
