maintenance discounts

Just wondering if the structure maintenance discounts is suppose to stick, even if a different toon is putting credits on House/harvester/factory? Anytime i apply the discount with my merchant, then come back later to add more maintenance with a different toon, My discount is gone.

its posible that when you add funds with the non merchant it wipes out the discount

ive never really tried that, i just tip my merchant when i need to bring in funds from another toon

If i non Merchant adds maintenance to a building/harvester/factory it will lose the discount and need to be reapplied by the Merchant.
