useless CA / AA mods

I recently restarted swg and am doing a CH. I got a tape with +9 additional pets. But it wont let me call another pet not does it show up in my skill list. Is there a list of all broken +skill stats somewhere as it appears that skill doesnt work.

If I remember right (and it's possible that I don't) on live the additional pets and stored pets were nerfed and do not work, the only CH tapes that work are the tamining skills. With the emulator using the same code, I would assume that it is the same here. Don't quote me, but I believe this is right. Maybe someone that is a little more knowledgeable than me can chime in.
