I am looking to purchase some materials for Armorsmith - At this stage I am mainly after Polymer for Kinetic Protection Layers
I will also be needing the composite armor piece materials if anyone is able to assist?

You probably want to look for some blahuiv. It's not the absolute best, but it was fairly recent and I know a lot of places have a lot of it. There is also a current spawn of polymer that is almost as good as blahuiv, too.
As for comp armor resources your holdup may be on intrusive ore and possibly a good aluminum. We armorsmiths don't like to break off any of our supplies to sell. Believe me, I have been trying to get ore for a while now.
