nearing the end of chasing badges, need advice

in order hardest to easiest for that is crafting what should i start with and end with?

Honestly, the crafting trees are just pick them. Most wait for Shipwright for last, since it is so damned expensive. Architect is easy, but takes a ton of ore and metal. Do BE when you do your medical stuff.

I did the chef/tailoring lines together, and then the massive engineering line profs together.

I remember WS and DE being quite tedious (hard). Architect can be done in one afternoon if you have all the gemstone, ore and steel.

the xp you earn is based on the quantity of resources used. the more resource units used the more xp gained
complexity and number of different resources used dont matter for xp gain

arch and sw will go fast but you will need a very large quantity of resources to get it done, chef and tailor take less resources but take longer to get the xp

each profession forum has a walk-through describing what items to craft and how much of each resource needed
