Am i missing something with Rhodium?

seems that the resource cap is not being factored for Rhodium unless there is something obvious im missing

I'm not a WS but seems reasonable not to factor the cap.
There would be no reason to cap the stats if you factored them afterwards. Gated resources i think are just another way to cap the stats of the crafted item.
Have you compared this to other capped resources?

my bad, spent too much time crafting post gu15 where the resource caps were adjusted to =(stat*1000)/cap
