A Fishy new concept

Greetings Mayors,

As you may be aware, I was able to successfully present the suggestion to the server gods, to add the rank 5 city specialization to the duel concept we each enjoy now.

I have recently presented two new Political category suggestions just this week, that may spark similar interest from the other Mayors of our server.
